Allegra Ford Thomas Scholarship in USA: The Allegra Ford Thomas Scholarship is a $5,000 scholarship awarded over two years ($2,500 each year)

NCLD's purpose is to empower parents and young adults, change schools, and advocate for equal rights and opportunities for the 1 in 5 children and adults in the United States who have learning and attention difficulties.

We're trying to make a society where everyone has the academic, social, and emotional skills they need to excel in school, job, and life.

The Foundation for Children with Learning Disabilities was formed by Carrie and Pete Rozelle in 1977. Its aim was to offer leadership, public awareness, and funds to promote learning disability research and creative approaches.

The Allegra Ford Thomas Grant is a two-year, $5,000 scholarship offered to a graduating high school senior who will enroll in a two-year community college, a vocational or technical training program, or a specialized program for students with LD and/or ADHD in the autumn.

Students must have a proven learning impairment (LD) and/or attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).
