BACHUS & SCHANKER, LLC SCHOLARSHIP in USA: Students have the opportunity to apply for one of the $2000 semiannual scholarships to be paid toward tuition for the upcoming semester.
Bachus & Schanker, LLC's attorneys have committed their practice to assisting injured people and their families in obtaining justice via the civil court system. Bachus & Schanker, LLC and its staff of more than 70 lawyers fight for the rights of those who have been injured or killed as a result of someone else's negligence or recklessness.
They also assist people who have been wounded on the job or as a result of harmful items. Social Security Disability and Plaintiff Employment Law practice groups are also part of the firm.
Bachus & Schanker, LLC, realizing the value of a good education, established a scholarship to help students focus more on their intellectual growth and professional aspirations.
Students can apply for one of the $2000 semiannual scholarships, which will be applied to their tuition for the following semester. Each student is required to prepare an essay discussing the importance and usefulness of the 7th Amendment. Students are invited to consider how the right to a jury trial, as well as other components of the Amendment, impacts their lives.
Eligible Students Will:
WHO IS ELIGIBLE TO APPLY?
Any high school senior who has been admitted to a four-year institution at the time the prize is given, or any full-time student at a four-year university in the United States with a 3.0 cumulative GPA, is eligible to apply.
WHEN IS THE APPLICATION DEADLINE?
To be considered for the spring semester prize, students must submit their contributions by November 30th. Students must submit by July 30th to be eligible for the fall semester award, which is presented in September.

AMOUNT OF AWARD:
Each fall and spring semester, one gift of $2000 will be given to a different student.
PROCESS OF SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION:
Each application will be reviewed by the Bachus & Schanker, LLC Scholarship Committee, and the selected student will be notified of their award by email.
