UFV's mathematics and statistics courses provide you with a comprehensive understanding of the key areas of modern mathematics and statistics; opportunities to use current professional math software in the industry, business, and academia; and attractive jobs or higher education qualifications.
Use math as part of your title to show potential employers that you are able to think analytically (that is, you can solve problems), think abstract (you can go beyond what you see), and think logically. In fact, the demand for math teachers is so great that almost all qualified math teachers are accepted. As for statistics, it is a very valuable addition to your title, because statistics are used in various fields, especially in business and research.
