Arcadia offers comprehensive BSc / BEd courses in cooperation with the Faculty of Education through the Department of Mathematics and Statistics. This course lasts five years and is aimed at university students who dedicate themselves to teaching at the beginning of the academic year. If this appeals to you, you should apply for the program during your first year of studies at Arcadia. After completing the first year of the course, you will be admitted to a comprehensive course.

Your eligibility will be reviewed when you finish your third year, and continuing to study the BEd portion of the course will depend on this review. In addition to fulfilling different roles in academia, many useful careers in mathematics can also be found in teaching.
