Program Overview for Bachelor in Digital Futures in Canada:

In this course, you will create the technologies that shape the way we live, work, and play. You will develop games, wearable technology, mobile applications, VR, interactive devices, and augmented reality. You will learn how these new technologies solve problems, handle contemporary problems, and create future possibilities.

Develop basic digital skills while learning the value of collaboration in a creative environment. The program combines art and design, so you have the opportunity to explore your interests. You will take a wide range of art, design, and liberal arts courses to create a personalized learning program.

You will also work directly with our industry and community partners through practical tests and internships. The wide range of skills covered in the digital future benefit from our internationally renowned teachers whose expertise covers art, design, science, and business.

The eligibility for Bachelor in Digital Futures in Canada for both domestic and international student is:

For Ontario high school students, a minimum overall average of 70%; Portfolio (samples of your work and a visual representation of who you are); Statement of Intent; Official transcripts;

Secondary School Graduation equivalent to Grade 12 in Ontario with an overall average of B or 70% numeric equivalent in the final year and If you are applying from a country or school system with English as the official language of instruction, a minimum grade of B or 70% numeric equivalent in English 12 or equivalent course is required. 

You also need

  • Statement of Intent (required for all programs) and Portfolio (required for all studio BFA, BDes programs) or Writing sample (required for the BA in Visual and Critical Studies)
  • Official transcripts
  • English Language Proficiency Test results (if required)
