PGA WORKS Golf Management University Scholarship Program in USA: If selected as a recipient, the student will receive an $8,000 award. Up to eleven (11) awards will be granted.
PGA REACH is the 501 (c) 3 foundation of the PGA of the United States. It has established a scholarship program to help students seeking PGA membership in the United States. These $8,000 scholarships are designed to improve the recruitment and retention of talented and motivated students from different backgrounds who seek PGA membership through the PGA Golf Management Academy program across the country.
This program is managed by Scholarship America®, which is the designer and manager of the nation's largest scholarship, tuition assistance, and other educational support programs for companies, foundations, associations, and individuals. Awards are awarded irrespective of belief, religion, sexual orientation, age, disability or nationality.
Applicants to the PGA WORKS Golf Management University Scholarship Program must be:

Eligible individuals exclude persons or family members of the PGA of America National Board, staff, or scholarship selection committee.
Award Amounts
If selected as a recipient, the student will receive an $8,000 award. Up to eleven (11) awards will be granted. Awards are not renewable, but students may reapply to the program each year they meet eligibility requirements.
One award will be given to the top candidate interested or experienced in working internationally. If there are no qualified candidates for the international interest award, it will be given to the next ranked candidate. Awards are for undergraduate study only.

Selection Criteria:
The scholarship winners are based on their academic performance, leadership and participation in school and community activities, honors, work experience, statement of goals and wishes, unusual personal or family circumstances, external evaluations and Demonstrated active participation in the golf game of choice. It does not consider economic needs. In order to increase the diversity and inclusiveness of the US PGA membership, priority will be given to people of color and women.
American scholarship and American PGA selected recipients. All applicants agree to accept this decision as final.
