Gionandrea Pugi Scholarship Program in USA: If selected as a recipient, the student will receive an award of $5,000. Up to two (2) awards will be granted. Awards are renewable up to three years or until a bachelor’s degree is earned, whichever occurs first, on the basis of satisfactory academic performance.
The Gionandrea Pugi Scholarship Fund has established a scholarship program to assist students of Italian descent who are currently enrolled in university or vocational school courses in the field of medicine or biology.
The Scholarship Program is administered by Scholarship America®, the designer and administrator of the largest scholarship program, tuition assistance, and other educational support programs in the United States. The program is open to companies, foundations, associations and individuals. The award does not take into account skin color, beliefs, religion, sexual orientation, gender, age, or disability.

Scholarship recipients are selected based on academic information, leadership skills, participation in school and community activities, work experience, statement of goals and wishes, unusual personal or family circumstances, and external evaluations. It will not consider financial needs.
