Amazon Future Engineer in USA: $ 10,000 towards tuition (at any accredited 4 years college or university) as well as paid summer Internship.

The Amazon Future Engineer Scholarship Program helps high school graduates who have completed a computer science course and plan to continue their studies by obtaining a bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, computer engineering, or other computer science-related research fields to continue their studies in a 4-year college or university. Recipients of this award will receive $10,000 at an accredited four-year college or university, and will receive a paid summer internship opportunity at Amazon after their first year of college.

This program is managed by the American Scholarship®, the designer and administrator of the largest scholarship, tuition assistance, and other educational support programs in the United States. The program is open to companies, foundations, associations, and individuals. Awards are awarded regardless of belief, religion, sexual orientation, age, disability or nationality.

Application Criteria for Amazon Future Engineer in USA

Applicants to the Amazon Future Engineer Scholarship Program must be:

Be U.S. citizens or permanent residents.
Be high school seniors who are currently enrolled in or who have completed an advanced placement computer science course or who have taken an advanced placement computer science test.
Be planning to enroll in full-time undergraduate study at an accredited four-year college or university for the entire upcoming academic year majoring in computer science, software engineering, computer engineering or other computer related field of study.
Have a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale (or its equivalent).

As part of your application, you must upload the following documents:

Current, complete transcript of grades. Grade reports are not accepted. Unofficial or online transcripts must display student name, school name, grades and credit hours for each course, and term in which each course was taken.
Copy of the first two pages of the most recently filed IRS Form 1040 used for the Financial Information Page.

Also as part of your application, one online recommendation form must be submitted on your behalf. Your application is not considered complete unless all required documents are submitted electronically.
