The University of New Brunswick is the oldest English language university in Canada. Located in the capital of New Brunswick, the university was established in 1964. With more than 10000 students from over 100 countries, it offers 75 undergraduate and graduate programs.

UNB focuses heavily on not just classroom teaching, it also has managed 300 invention disclosures and filed patents so far. Moreover, it is a  research partner with Nasa (studying irregularities in the ionosphere.). Other important notable achievement includes developing of Google maps technology and powered prosthetic.

Not just academics, UNB has a special focus on nurturing entrepreneurship with six entrepreneurial centers. No wonder, the university has been named “Canada’s Most Entrepreneurial University” by Start-up Canada in 2014.
