Law and Technology gives answers to the challenges of today’s technology driven society. In addition to traditional legal doctrine, you will also learn about regulatory issues in the spheres of public, private, and criminal law, and such subjects as comparative law, jurisprudence, ethics, and public administration.
Cover different technologies, such as ICT and biotechnology, and different legal domains, such as intellectual property rights, privacy and data protection, and cybercrime.
You are certainly eligible to apply if you have a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy. However if you have a bachelors’s degree in another relevant discipline, such as, Culture studies, Political Studies, or Liberal Arts and Sciences and Global Management of Social Issues, Administration studies, Political studies, Economics, Law, European studies, Communication Sciences, Human Resource Management, Psychology and Social Sciences you are also most welcome to apply, but most likely then a Pre-master will be required.
