Program Overview for Organization Studies in Netherlands:

As an organizational analyst you will learn how to develop and change organizations based on evidence-based interventions.

In your prospective role as manager, consultant, project manager or other roles it will enable you to understand and deal with a wide variety of issues faced by contemporary organizations and to help companies and governments respond adequately.

The program builds on an interdisciplinary social science perspective by drawing on insights from organization science, strategic management, and organizational behavior.

Bachelor's and/or a master's degree in social sciences e.g. Human Resource Studies, Organization Studies, Management, Business Studies, or equivalent programs.Basic knowledge about the social sciences e.g. sociology, psychology, research methods and statistics. Relevant knowledge about organizations, management and research methods.You also need :

This master's program may be of interest to students with a bachelor's or master's degree in the areas of economics, political science, management, sociology and psychology.HBO Students
You may qualify for the one-year pre-master's program in Organization Studies.

  1. If you have completed the pre-master’s program in Organization Studies successfully and have passed all the exams (60 ECTS), you are automatically admitted to the master's program in Organization Studies.
  2. By finishing the pre-master’s program in Organization Studies, you will also be able to enroll for the master's track Organizing for Global Social Challenges starting in the fall semester (end of August) of the subsequent academic year.
