To be admitted directly to our Master's program in Human Resource Studies, you must have the following academic background:- A Bachelor's and/or a Master's degree oriented towards work, personnel and organizational issues - e.g. Human Resource Studies, Business Studies, Organization Studies
- Basic knowledge about the social sciences e.g. sociology, psychology, economics, research methods and statistics;
- Basic knowledge about the social sciences e.g. sociology, psychology, economics, research methods and statistics;
- Relevant knowledge about subjects in the field of Human Resource Studies e.g. sociology of organizations, organizational psychology, human resource management.

These are the domestic student eligibility for the Human Resource Studies
A Dutch academic Bachelor's degree.This Master's program may be of interest to students with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in the areas of economics, political science, management, sociology and psychology.
- Basic knowledge of social science theories.
- Basic knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods and statistics.
- Basic knowledge of relevant subjects in the field of Human Resource Studies e.g. sociology of organizations, organizational psychology, human resource management.
If you have completed the pre-master's program successfully, you are automatically admitted to the Master's program in Human Resource Studies starting at the end of January or at the end of August next academic year.
