These are the domestic student eligibility for the Master in Public Administration

Students with a Bachelor’s Degree from a university of applied sciences (HBO) do not directly fulfill all the admission requirements. In order to start a master's programme you first need to do a pre-master's to bring your knowledge up to the required level. However you can also ask your Exam Committee to fulfill the requirements of the pre-master's during your HBO study, as a minor. The minor programme is exactly the same as the pre-master's.
