The College of Pharmacy offers a research-intensive Master of Science degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences. This program could be an excellent choice for you if you are a graduate with a Bachelor of Sciences Honours degree or Health Profession degree including Pharmacy.

As an MSc (Pharm Sci) student, you’ll be given the tools you need to become a high quality, research-based scientist. This program will not only prepare you to contribute to drug discovery, but also development in academia and the pharmaceutical industry.

This program offers students the flexibility of either full-time or part-time study. While the full-time program is typically completed in two years, the part-time program can be completed at a pace that allows students to keep up with family obligations and part-time work.

  • Four-year Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 (B average) in the last 60 credit hours of study
