Program Overview for MSc in Econometrics and Operations Research in Netherlands:
The Econometrics and Operations Research programme allows you to do just that.
Econometrics is used in every area of economics, from business and finance to macro- and micro-economics.
Econometrics and Operations Research focuses on using quantitive analysis to aid economic and management decision-making. You’ll learn to use techniques from statistics, mathematics and computer science to solve complex problems for governments, financial institutions, logistics companies and other organisations.

Applicants with an international bachelor’s degree If you have another international bachelor’s degree from a university, you are eligible for admission. Please upload the following documents via MyUM:
- List of grades of your bachelor’s programme
Upload a formal transcript of grades from each university you have attended, plus a translation if the original is not in English. - Curriculum vitae
List your education, relevant extracurricular activities, internships and (professional) experience. - Letter of motivation
Provide good arguments for why you want to do this master’s programme at Maastricht University and why you expect that you can successfully complete the programme. This letter should be about 1 or 2 pages long. - Official GMAT or GRE score report or alternative proof of academic capabilities
Minimum required GMAT scores: 500 (total score) and 4.0 (Analytical Writing Assessment).
