International Excellence Scholarship (Brunel University) in UK: Postgraduate: £6,000 as a tuition fee waiver applied to the first year of study only. Undergraduate: £6,000 as a tuition fee waiver, each year for a maximum of three years.
Brunel University London is pleased to offer a prestigious package of scholarships for international students. The scholarship scheme is for fully self-funded students only and is based on overall academic merit and professional experience. They will award scholarships to applicants who most closely meet or exceed the criteria for the award.
Must be classed as an overseas fee-paying student based on the UK government regulations and be self-funded (not sponsored). Applicants who are unsure of their fee status should note Brunel uses the information they have provided in their application form to assess fee status against regulations set by the UK government. Must have an offer to study on a full-time undergraduate or postgraduate taught programme (including placement routes and undergraduate integrated Masters programmes) starting in September 2021 or January 2022.
Must complete the correct Scholarship 'register your interest form by the stated deadline.
All applicants must meet all conditions of their offer by the time they are due to register at Brunel.
All nationalities
International scholarships cannot be combined with any other University scholarship, bursary, discount or award, with the exception of the 2% prompt payment discount. This will be deducted from the tuition fees remaining after the scholarship discount has been applied at enrolment.
If an applicant is eligible for more than one scholarship, the College Specific Scholarship, will take precedence and the International Excellence Scholarship will not be awarded.
Scholarship awards are decided by the International Scholarship Allocation Panel and all decisions are final.
The tuition fee will be reduced by £6,000 in year 1 of their chosen course for Postgraduate applicants and reduced by £6,000 per academic year, for a maximum of three years, for Undergraduate applicants.
Conditions of fee waiver:
The fee waiver will only be made providing the student is fully enrolled at the University on an undergraduate or postgraduate degree programme.
Payment in subsequent years will only be made providing the student progresses to the next level of study [scholarship payments will not be made during a repeating year until the student has satisfactorily progressed to the next level].
