Application Criteria for HORIZONS-Michigan Scholarship in USA

To be eligible for the HORIZONS-Michigan Scholarship, applicants must demonstrate an interest in pursuing a career related to national security or defense, or already be working in these fields. Candidates are only eligible to receive a HORIZONS-Michigan Scholarship one time, and must meet the following eligibility criteria:

Be a citizen of the United States
Be a woman
Be a resident of Michigan
Be currently enrolled at an accredited Michigan university or college, either full-time or part-time
Be a graduate or an undergraduate who has attained at least junior-level status (60 credits)
Have a minimum grade point average of 3.25
Demonstrate educational expenses
