The Master of Music (Performance and Literature) is intended to develop a professional expertise in performance or composition, with additional emphasis on general literature and pedagogical practices.

This program requires 30 credit hours of coursework. Typical time to completion is two years of full-time study.  Brandon University offers MMus (Performance and Literature) in the following areas:

Normally, admission to the Master of Music program requires successful completion of an undergraduate degree or equivalent, with a minimum grade point average (GPA) of 3.00 achieved in the final year of study. Applicants failing short of these basic criteria may be considered for admission. on the basis of both a successful audition and a proven record of related professional work.
