These are the international student eligibility for the Master of Rural Development in Canada

Regular status is assigned to students who have satisfied all requirements for admission as a Masters’ degree candidate. Students will normally have a four-year Bachelor’s degree (B.A., B.Sc., or equivalent) or a three-year Bachelor’s degree supplemented by postgraduation studies, professional rural development experience, accreditation by relevant professional associations, or any combination of these that in the judgment of the Rural Development Graduate Admissions Committee constitutes the equivalency of a fourth year of undergraduate study.
  • Students will normally have a four-year Bachelor’s degree (B.A., B.Sc., or equivalent) or a three-year Bachelor’s degree supplemented by post-graduation studies, professional rural development experience, accreditation by relevant professional associations, or any combination of these that in the judgment of the Rural Development Graduate Admissions Committee constitutes the equivalency of a fourth year of undergraduate study.
  • Students will normally have a minimum cumulative grade point average (CGPA) of 3.00 in the last 30 credit hours of study completed prior to application for entry. Student with less than a 3.00 CGPA may be required by the Rural Development Graduate Admissions Committee to undertake compensatory study
