Program Overview for HEALTH SCIENCES (MSC) in Canada:
Faculty of Health Sciences have active research programs that examine health, wellness and quality of life within a variety of populations. This MSc program will develop a students applied research skills and gain the hands-on research experience one need to compete for research careers in government, industry, the health-care system, non-profit organizations, and universities. The program consists of:
- Thesis
- Coursework
- Research activities
- Co-op (optional)
The eligibility for HEALTH SCIENCES (MSC) in Canada for both domestic and international student is:
Hold a baccalaureate degree (i.e., an undergraduate degree) in a related discipline from a recognized degree-granting institution.
- Have a minimum grade point average of 3.00 (based on a 4.00 scale) on the last 20 graded university-level term courses OR calculated on the most recently completed master's degree if the applicant is applying for another master's degree.
- Students are required to secure a potential supervisor before applying.
