Dalhousie offers the only undergraduate (B.Sc.) and graduate (M.Sc. and PhD) degree programs in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology in the Maritime provinces.

Future studies may include programs at the graduate level such as a Master of Science (MSc) or PhD in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology. A BSc in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology is also one of the best undergraduate foundations for professional programs such as medicine.
