Environmental Earth Science has BSc and BSc (honors) levels. Our courses enable you to register as a professional environmental geoscientist. It includes the same core courses of the first and second year as the geology major and combines geochemistry, geophysics, hydrogeology, and environmental science in the third year. In addition to the Department of Earth and Environmental Sciences, you will also study biology, chemistry, mathematics, and physics.
Get Inspiration:
Environmental Geoscience requires multidisciplinary research to ensure that you will acquire a wide range of knowledge. You will learn about the dynamics and history of our planet and how they affect the environment, energy, and mining industries in Canada and abroad.
Small classes, frequent field trips, and a close-knit community ensure that you build a strong network, which lasts a long time after graduation. The integration of fieldwork and technology provides you with practical experience and various aspects of environmental geosciences. Faculty and staff are committed to your success and provide personal attention.
